Training at sciCORE
sciCORE offers regular courses and training in the use of HPC resources to their users.
- We strongly encourage all new users of the cluster to attend the one-day course “Introduction to high-performance computing (sciCORE cluster)” which takes place 4 times a years.
- Once per year, we also offer a “Best practices in High-Performance Computing” one-day course, which is aimed at researchers that want to deepen their knowledge of the usage of HPC facilities.
- Additionnaly, several of our team members regularly contribute and teach courses organized by the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics. You can review them on the SIB training website.
